DJ Jazzy Jeff’s House Party comes to Electric Brixton.

The hip hop icon is due to host his legendary house party on 12 April 2019, with a special set by UK’s rising R&B star Nao.

Jazzy Jeff has built up a stir as having one of the best house parties around, gaining him an official London residency at Electric Brixton. With each party bringing along a different special guest DJ.

The American DJ is best known for his Fresh Prince work with Will Smith. He has since gone on to win various accolades including three Grammys, Three American Music Awards and two Soul Train Music Awards. He is known as one of the world’s most influential DJs mastering his skills over the decades. Still continuing to produce solo work, collaborations, mixtapes and live shows including his successful house party series.

Announced for this event London raised singer song writer Nao is hitting the decks with her self-professed ‘wonky funk’ style in hopes to reinforce her place as one of the exciting and alternative R&B artists working today.

Nao’s newest album Saturn dropped in October 2018 has been gaining recognition from both sides of the Atlantic. She’s previously performed at Glastonbury as well as being nominated for Best British Female Solo Artist at the 2017 Brit Awards.

The venue is located in the heart of Brixton. Fusing together the old and new by taking the historical features and adding cutting age technology, making this venue a perfect setting for this event. A hip hop hero and electronic-pop royalty combining for one of the biggest parties of the year so far.
