BLOSSOMS ANNOUNCE HEADLINE SHOW AT CASTLEFIELD

Manchester based five piece Blossoms are set to perform their biggest headline so far. Recently they announced that they will play at Castlefield Superbowl, on July 8th, next summer.

Blossoms will be playing alongside the likes of The Coral, Rory Wayne and Touts. Tickets will go on sale on December 2nd

The indie, pop group have a twitter fan base of 46k followers and nearly 70k Facebook likes.  Having already played at some of the most influential UK festivals such as T in the Park and Reading and Leeds.

It is fair to say the band have good connections. Recently this year they appeared in Dublin’s, Olympia theatre, supporting The Last Shadow Puppets.

Frontman Tom Ogden says in light of this news: “There’s only three bowls we’ve ever wanted to play. Now we’ve got Castlefield, that only leaves the Superbowl and the Hollywood Bowl (Ashton under Lyne).”

 

The band have also today announced that there will be a physical deluxe version of their self-titled debut album. It will be released on December 16th, the deluxe version of the album is already available on a few streaming services and contains 10 additional tracks. Including Across the Moor, which was said to be a fan’s favorite when performed live.
