It has been announced that Liam Gallagher will appear at Shepherds Bush Empire in November to perform a song with The Who for the Teenage Cancer Trust gig.
This will be his first public appearance since the split of Beady Eye. Gallagher will be performing a song of his choice from The Who‘s back catalogue and will be accompanied by the band.
Other artists are expected to be joining the legends on stage. So far the list contains the likes of Wilko Johnson, Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam), Ricky Wilson (Kaiser Chiefs), James Dean Bradfield (Manic Street Preachers), The Strypes, Rizzle Kicks and many more.
Although all members of The Who will be present, Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey will be taking a step back to allow the other performers to take their place.
